As stated in the Declaration of Independence;

 “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” 

Due to the fact we have grown in mass as a Nation, it's nearly impossible to envoke these Rights without another Revolutionary War.... So I propose we bring to Legislation a change in the electoral process which adds all Elected officials not currently up for re-election to the Ballot with the options to Remain or Remove from office. This will be done in accordance to each State respectively to accomodate all seats.....

This will embody Term Limits and give leverage to the Citizens of America, creating accountability within our Governing Body. Without it, we'll continue down the path of Reckless Behavior, Lack of Respect and Representation...........

We must get back to the basic fundamentals of Governing;

• Reduce Spendings
• Reduce Entitlements Beginning with Government Officials
• Reduce Restrictions that impede on our Civil Liberties
• Reduce Taxation, abolish the so-called voluntary Income Tax created by Government
• Protect America & Citizens Domestic & Abroad
• Uphold our Founding Documents that were created with American Values
